The moral of the story is to always check your tenancy/lease agreement:-

This could put the skids under a number of cases that have all too frequently been cropping up here and on PePiPoo over the past few years.

A good court outcome and a link to help support and encourage motorists in fighting their corner.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    That is a good one.

I wish we also had, to go hand in hand with it but more persuasive as it was an appeal case, Laura Jopson's court claim number and date and Judge's comments from Oxford court:

That one goes further about easements & rights of way, as argued by a solicitor for her, and she won on appeal. Anyone on Facebook fancy having a non-stalking-style chat with her if she responds to a friend request? She's easy to find with a search. Or ask the solicitors who acted for her if the claim/appeal case number can be released for the greater good.

I suspect that she may be one half of Huffpo bloggers "Twins that Travel", both 29, blonde, feisty.
