TSB Classic paperless statements

Options
I have just been checking my account and noticed that it said that I hadn't opted for paperless statements for my Classic or Regular saver accounts. I am sure that I did and I have certainly not received a single paper statement since opening the accounts. My regular saver comes to an end in January so I hope that I will get the interest earned!
Has anyone else noticed the same? I have now opted for paperless.

Have you been logging in to online banking regularly?

As per http://www.tsb.co.uk/help/internet-banking/paperless/ they may remove paperless, and therefore interest-earning, status if you don't:
If you are a Classic Plus Account holder, there is another important reason to make sure you log in regularly (or at least once a year). If you hold a Classic Plus Account, and have opted for paperless correspondence, you will receive 5% AER variable interest on your balance each month. But, you have to log in to Internet Banking so we know to keep our communications with you paper free. If you don't do this, we might cancel your paperless correspondence and start sending you letters again and this will mean you don't get the interest on your account.

Yes very regularly. At least once a month but probably more. As I said, I have never had a paper statement since I opened the account. Also I have been getting the monthly interest so wonder why my account was showing paper statements

I presume you mean the Monthly Saver, as TSB don't have an account called Regular Saver. You don't have to opt for paperless statements to get the interest on the Monthly Saver. You only have to choose paperless for the interest on the Classic Plus account. If you've got the ordinary Classic account, without Plus in the name, you won't get any interest on it whether you opt for paperless statements or not.

Yes I do mean monthly saver. I was confusing the name with another account. I do have Classic Plus and have been getting the monthly interest but I suddenly noticed that my account claimed that I was getting printed statements.
