They were supposed to turn up to repair a fault but never did, and didn't notify me.
My phone provider is proving difficult to communicate with ( eg , cut off once today after holding for 25 minutes, then half an hour ago told me they'd cal me back in five minutes. They lie.

    Fuel broadband
  • You have no contract with Openreach. Any complaint will be the responsibility of your provider and they will have to take it up with OR (more likely BT wholesale) on your behalf.

I've never heard of fuel broadband, hope they have good customer services and are competent at dealing with BT wholesale for fault resolution.

Thanks. Yes I realise my contract is with fuel broadband not open reach, no they don't seem to be competent in this case, I'm going to try to speak to a supervisor this morning.

I think it's entirely possible but they are seemingly impossible to deal with. :o

Just for the benefit of anyone else searching for them- I spoke to them today at9am-someone with decent diction who I could understand (!)

Yet again, tried to blame openreach-I highlighted that wherever openreach fitted into the equation , it was fuel broadband who hadn't called me back when they said they would( repeatedly) .

I then asked for details of who I should report this too if it didn't resolve , and also requested got the FULL NAME of the adviser I was speaking to.

A little while later received a text advising me of open reaches appointment time
    :(
I m not holding my breath..:(
