It is valid for a one-week (7-night) stay for up to FOUR persons (accommodation only), subject to availability, during one of the following two periods:
- 8 December 2016 to 1 April 2017 – but excluding the periods of 23 December 2016 to 7 January 2017 and 17 February to 11 March 2017
OR
- 1 October 2017 to 23 March 2018 – but excluding the periods of 22 December 2017 to 6 January 2018 and 16 February to 10 March 2018

Reservations must be made before 31 May 2017 for stays between 8 December 2016 to 1 April 2017 and 1 October 2017 to 23 March 2018.

Travel Insurance
We ask that the Winner and members of their travelling party do not travel without adequate personal travel insurance for their own protection and peace of mind. Winners are responsible for making sure that they purchase adequate travel insurance for their needs and RCI will not accept any responsibility if they fail to do so.

Special Requests & Disabilities
Winners must advise us (of any special requests and we (and/or they) will pass these on to the relevant supplier. However, we cannot guarantee special requests as we do not have any direct control over the manner in which the services are provided. If Winners or any member of the party has any medical problem or disability which may affect their stay or travel arrangements, we must be provided with full details before a booking is confirmed. A doctor’s certificate certifying that fitness to travel may be required. There is no cash alternative to any prizes.

Changes by you
Winners must advise us as soon as possible if changed circumstances mean that they are unable to proceed with their prize booking. Any phone call must be followed up in writing by the Prize Winner. There is no guarantee that changes can be accommodated by the suppliers of the accommodation prize and any changes will be subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions. Suppliers may charge any amendment charges shown in their booking conditions (which may be as much as 100% of the cost of the arrangements, had they been charged for). Such charges normally increase closer to the date of departure.
