I have opted for paperless statements, but needed a paper copy to prove a credit, my printer not working so called into branch to request one.
I was told because I was paperless I cannot request one, and advised to go the library.

If you do that you make yourself ineligible for the £4 monthly Everyday Reward. This may or not be an issue for the OP but it is something to be aware.0
