Is this the same one a poster revealed here about a week or two ago or is it a different one? If it isn't it looks very similar to the same entrance where the PPC have kindly provided proof the driver never entered the car park. :TI married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Isn't there some sort of legal issue (DPA?) regarding the ANPR recording vehicles on a public highway?
There's enough of an entrance road to that car park to have recorded them within the car park, but that first image the car is clearly on the road.0 -

It is good to see that the DM is still on the charge. There was another case this morning where a woman ignore PE paper and got taken to court. Every little helps.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
