Has anyone ever bought with Ogilvie Homes?

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone has ever bought with Ogilvie Homes? Me and my partner are really interested in buying our first home with them using Help to Buy. We are in love with the house and last month we were about to reserve a plot for the house we really want but were advised they had pushed it forward and would be ready six months too early for us and when we asked what plots would be ready around our time she said we would have to wait and find out closer to the time. We are also wondering about incentives? We have been advised we would get flooring, built in wardrobe in master bedroom and also fridge freezer but really want to squeeze some more out of them. So far they have released 8 of these houses and sold 5 (according to the website which isn't updated daily like i was advised it was).
Thanks in advance..
.. it's scary being a first time buyer
