There seems to be a problem with their website.

"Our website is temporarily unavailable, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you would like to speak to us, please call our Customer Service Centre on 0800 121 8899."

Has anyone heard how long for?

    Yep seems like it's all been sorted. Just received this reply via Twitter.
