1.The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, and excludes employees of YHA and their immediate family members, its agents or anyone professionally connected to YHA or the competition.
2. Timings: The Competition starts on Monday 24th October 2016 and will finish on Monday 7th November 2016 – 1.00pm. YHA reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
3. How to enter: To enter, you must have access to the internet and;
i. Go to the YHA Facebook page - http://www.facebook.com/WeAreYHA
ii. On the YHA Facebook page navigate to the giveaway post and follow instructions or;
iii. Log on to your own social media profile(s) and upload a picture of your 48 hours of freedom using the hashtag #myYHAviews.
4. If it becomes apparent that you are using a computer to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, your entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
5. Prize: GoPro Hero 4 and a two night stay for up to four people at a YHA of their choice (subject to availability). One prize per winner, total of two winners. The Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Selecting the winner & delivery: The winner of each Prize will be selected by a panel of judges from the Qualifying Entries under independent supervision and our decision in respect of the winner(s) shall be final. The winner of each prize will be chosen by YHA from entries received. We (YHA) will arrange delivery of the GoPro vouchers.
7. YHA will make contact with the winner; the winner has 14 days to claim their prize after which point another winner will be chosen.
8. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all Competition matters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Competition, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive or to contravene the spirit of the Competition.
