i read 26 days, around when they send notice to keeper, however if i already submitted the response before i posted/looked here have i not already screwed that up and theyll reject it? or do i just sit for 26 days now and then send the template in again?

Where does it say anywhere here that appealing before you came here means you are stuffed? You are never stuffed. Calm down, if you have appealed then you have appealed. No more steps needed, come back if they try a small claim, same as all IPC cases.

Enjoy the debt collector letter chain!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    hey guys

just wanted to drop back in as i received a postal response to the appeal i submitted first before I posted here, its essentially just a letter with a photo of the car with no permit and saying i agreed to pay a charge if i parked there with no permit.

They refer constantly to the signage and that i need to pay, and then reiterating that i need to pay £60 or £100 in 14 days.

Do i just ignore this as well? and will they even look at the follow up appeal i submitted using the template from the thread? Cheers guys!
  • Hi. Follow the posts from the experts here but PCM do send court claims as I'm in the process of dealing with one, with the experts help ofcourse. Good luck.
You may want to look up PCM V Bull Lydsay and Woolford 21/4/16 who won with a similar charge, as this may help me too.

ah is it really worth all the aggro for £60? i may as well just pay it if they are going to take me all the way to court

Nothing has changed, we told you they would reject ANY appeal, and they have.

We told you to sit tight and come back if you get court papers (RARE). :)

    Hmmmm...think again please.

If you pay for a quiet life now, PLEASE do not tell us here because we see that as joining and funding the scam against the next little old lady, poor student or struggling families. Grrrr...!

Sit tight, read other threads about IPC firms. Loads of people are ignoring this trash. No-one says they ARE going to try a small claim and no-one here who is defending the odd rare one, has actually had to even attend a hearing (except UKPC and ParkingEye ones). Yours is only PCM and they use Gladstones who are HOPELESS, in our experience!

This is nothing to be paying, don't fund them.

But if i get court papers can i pay then or is that too late and i could be in for a much more painful fine?

I am the poor student and £60 is a lot to me hence why im here rather than just having paid it right away, but i cant afford it to end up being even more! I looked up the case the previous poster mentioned and that relates to residents of the estate the tickets were issued on which isnt the same situation as myself

but its not £160 to pay now? its £60 and then no risks of it being £250? I accept what your saying and out of curiosity has anyone lose? rather than has anyone been taken to court
