Land Rover PCP can we hand the car back?

To cut a long saga short.... collected new Disco Sport in May. Immediate problem with engine fumes in cabin. In addition to numerous electrical issues.
car has been in 3 times, for 6 weeks in total. Apparently all fixed. Leak having been identified and gasket replaced....?
2 questions.... what are the health implications of breathing in engine fumes (before they have been sanitised by adblu etc) for 6000 miles
How do I return the car and revert to pre sale position. We financed through Land Rover finance, who are very slowly and painfully 'investigating'.

They've tried on 2 previous occasions. This is the 3rd and they think they've cracked it. We are sceptical, but haven't accepted it back yet. Had the car for 23 weeks, of which it has spent 6 weeks with dealers....

Clearly not dead...yet😬 Diesel engine so no CO....... can't imagine it's healthy though..... trying to get to the bottom of the implications.
