Just received a replacement router. Set it up as detailed but led for internet stays constant red.

When switching on computer and searching for a wi-fi connection the router name came up and I put in password but it still says no internet connections.
I have checked the the connections are they are all secure tried turning it off and on again but that is the extent of my technical knowledge.

Anyone experienced this problem and any help will be appreciated.

2 sockets on back , grey one marked broadband and a red one marked wan , you want the grey one


I think you may have to go into the riuter settings 192.168.1.1 with user name = admin , password = admin and check that the connection name is set up correctly , not on TT now but spare router in my hand
