I can't see how this can be right. A new quote on compare site was £100 less. Should I just cancel and start again and pay cancellation charge.

To be clear. Was £243, changed car and now £323! But new quote in compare £246.0

Is the quote online on a like for like basis? Same voluntary and compulsory excess, same add on features, basically, is it exactly the same?0

You need to tell us more than you have done so far. Is the new quote with the same company that you are already with or another one? If it's the same one then in the first instance I'd ring them up and ask them to match the online price (although you should check first that the comparison site quote is really valid by going onto the insurer's own website as a new customer).0

???
You had a car and insured it for £243 and then changed the car and its now £323 where some will be admin charges and some a premium increase?
If you cancel you lose the increase in this years no claims, and still have to pay an admin fee etc. Plus it sounds like you have changed cars so 2 admin fees?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
