    Hi All,

    Just wondered if anyone could help me with the prize win.

    I havent heard anything at all regarding this since the phone call on the 31st October.
    I have tried messaging Capital FM on social media and also by using the contact section on their website with no luck.I cant seem to find the exact Terms & Conditions for this exact competition on their website either only this one which is for a trip to Missouri - http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/harvester-oct16/.

    Just a bit worried as I haven't heard anything and wondered if anyone has any advice or has had a win with Capital before?

    I've never won with Capital, although we did win with Classic FM and the prize (a cheque) arrived about 28 days after the initial contact.

    Did you note the name of the person who called you? They should definitely have followed up with an email soon after the phone call. I would try calling someone in the Capital PR team - don't give up as it's an amazing prize and they shouldn't keep you waiting...
