Honestly, they're utterly incompetent. I've never dealt with a company this bad, ever. Apologies for the rant but I am angry and frustrated with them, they're truly horrendous. Incompetence and ignorance combined.
I'll spare listing months worth of details about flaky or none existent land line telephone service. If it wasn't for the internet being entirely unaffected, the impossibility of transferring off their flaky vodaphone network to a competent provider without a new line and/or number or the cut price deal they did after the time this problem occurred that they semi-fixed, I would have sacked this bunch of shysters long ago.
My question, sorry if it's stating the bleeding obvious, is the only recourse I have via OFCOM or potential claims court action? At this point they're just ignoring me and all requests to fix the recurring problem they're well aware of but too incompetent to fix. No dial tone.
I started an OFCOM complaint in the past about this issue but dropped it when they seemed to start listening, taking the problem seriously, offered a cut price deal and eventually got openreach (apparently) to fix the exchange issues for a couple of months at least, this time I will have to follow through though.
