HMRC Self-Employment

Hello everyone,
I could do with some help. I am going back to self-employment but I can't see where I inform HMRC. I informed them last year from their website when I stopped being self-employed, but I can't find a way to tell them I have started again. What is the best way to inform them?
Many Thanks,

Thank you, I didn't see that. My mistake, I didn't see the "Register if you've sent tax returns before (CWF1)" section.
Many Thanks,0
