Anyone used ownersdirect lately?

I used them several years ago, they seemed fine. I was thinking of booking a place with them again but I've noticed that their feedback on trustpilot is awful. It does mostly seem to be from accommodation owners though, rather than travellers.

Yes it is the owners who are p+ssed off due to the new company ripping them off!
The site is still fine and better than most for booking direct with owners of gites etc.0 -
I have just booked a cottage on this - had direct contact with owner and quite happy with the process.0

They are trying to copy airbnb by charging a high commission on rentals, some owners are still paying for a ad & are not on the commission model.
