Hey All,
I recently used the MSE Code to get SKY complete package for £30 per month for 12 months. However, I have not activated Sky, used any services or had a visit from an engineer. I want to cancel the Sky package but am concerned that if I do I will not be able to use a MSE code in the future to get a reduced Sky package. Does anyone know whether I would be treated, for offer purposes, as being a Sky customer in the last 12 months, if I cancel Sky before set up?
Kind Regards,
Craig

It doesn't look as though anyone has taken an offer and then cancelled before installation.Maccavelian5684 wrote: »Bump. Please can someone help.
However, if by full package you mean Family, for any new customer (ie someone who has not had the service in the last 12 months) it is the full price of £38/month with £100 cashback, making it effectively less than £30/month.0 -
Probably no-one has, but I'd recently moved house and decided against it after a bit of financial analysis.
The deal I took was the recent one where you got the complete package (every single channel) for £30 per month; it's normally £80 per month. I will just ring Sky and cancel it and ask if I can still use the codes in the future - guessing I can given I haven't activated Sky.0 -
Codes will very likely have a limited time for which they apply, but there should be more deals in future.0
