CCJ Claim form gladstones prem park

Help needed please i have received a ccj claim for an unpaid parking ticket i want to appeal this and do not know how its for £239.81.
This is a claim for 1 ticket but i have received loads for parking outside my own residential flat for which i have a permit i do not believe premier park have legal authority to issue tickets there is nothing in my tenancy agreement.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Sorry, do you have a CCJ, as provided by a court, or do you have a letter from Gladstones threatening a CCJ?

Can you describe what you've sent/recieved in terms of paperwork?

Thankyou initially parking ticket then letters asking for £150 parking charge and now an official claim form from county court business centre looks legit to me this is what i need help with do i send this back saying i want to contest this.
Today i was gong to call my housing association to ask if they can cancel this as my tenancy has nothing about parking charges and i consider this unfair.
