I've been with Entice Energy for around six months now. I must say that switch and customer service wise they have been flawless. I get an email every month reminding me to give my meter reading, and the process is easy.

The monthly bill could be laid out slightly better, it is a little confusing to look at, but otherwise contains all the right information.

I remained with Entice energy for the duration of my 1 year fix and found them to be faultless, I had no issues at all during my contract and only left as Zog Energy were coming up cheaper on comparison sites.

Hi, these guy have come top of my comparison results today, just wondering if anyone has any recent feedback?

I notice that from the CEC comparison site, if i click go to site, the Entice website doesn't load and hasn't done all day?

Im trying to work out the pun but cant, unless you mean literally!?

haha I would of understood the joke if the website actually loaded!

You say a shame about the prices, its come as being top of my search results, the only fixed deal beating my current tariff?

Disable your ad blocker, allow cookies, try a different browser.  It's a very clever site with several videos triggered as you scroll down, so blocking some functionality may well break it.

I didn't find the prices at all competitive, but it all depends on usage and YMMV.

Did you start comparing using Citizens Advice and 'Switch with Which?'?  That's the golden rule, otherwise you'll probably be sidetracked to the expensive suppliers that pay commission.

Always compare separate suppliers as well as dual fuel.

I have only used the Cheap Energy Saving Club website so far.

Duel Fuel, all suppliers shown regardless of rating, it has Entice as the only company to save me money compared to last year
