British Gas Complaints Procedure

Hi - Smart meters (yay!) - ongoing saga with British Gas about the meters they installed 31 August. Gas one seems ok but electricity? Wellllll. Anyway, long story short I was advised by BG this morning they would open a complaint for me and their procedure was on the website. Can I find it? Nope. Can anyone advise?


I'm wasting half day holidays willy nilly waiting for engineers to turn up and do parts of a job that should have been completed two months ago. Can't wait for the meter to actually be up and running and producing accurate readings bearing in mind that the only gas used in the (rented) property is for the bloomin' cooker......:D
