I wish to buy the above for my 7 year old son for Xmas and wish to know which would be best as want to get games with

But want to ensure the play station not cause me panic attacks make him aggressive and cause him to not sleep either

as want get before the are sold out and hid it some in a friends house

Why would you want to take mental health advice from people you do not know or whom have had no dealings with your child?

Anyone of the playstations will do, just make sure the games you buy are for the correct age group and you will not have any problems.
All games are rated on the cases and a check online will tell you what the game is like {also "trailers" with some from the websites or You tube}so you can check before you buy.
