Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES then appeal using the BPA template in blue you will find there.

It will take you a while to understand how this unenforceable scam industry works, so you need to read the relevant bits several times.

If/when the parking company reject your appeal, you will then need to make a second stage appeal to PoPLA where you can kill this off.

You can't get a CCJ without having lost in court, had costs awarded against you, failed to pay in the prescribed time, then had a CCJ awarded against you by the court which you then fail to pay.

You are nowhere near any of that.

What is the date of the alleged event please?

I hope you haven't joined MSE with your real name. You should remove all references to first person singular and refer only to, the keeper, or the driver.

The incident happened on 14th October.

Thanks for the advice. I'll go take a look now.

Don't forget to edit your post first. Parking companies read these fora and can identify motorists if they give away personal information. Revealing the driver's details means a valuable appeal point is given away.

If you need further help you will need to re-do your original post so people know what you are talking about.

Things like, As keeper I received a PCN on date YYY when my car visited XXX on date QQQ ...

The driver did this, didn't do that etcetera.

Just think along the lines that, you are The Keeper (who may or may not be the registered keeper because you were the keeper on the day in question) and this other person, The Driver visited a car park.
