Strut replacement, VSA, absorbers?

Hi looking to get some basic work done on my old car in order to sell it, and I'm not too mechanical.
It's a civic

On last service, it had a few issues.

Primary concern was the front passenger side suspension..something about leaking struts which need to be replaced and absorber and a bearing which was causing a grinding/knocking noise.

I looked behind the passenger front wheel and that strut is wet (oil?), Driver side is dry.

Also, vehicle stability assistant / engine management came on.

My question:

- would the vsa be related to the above
- can I just get the one strut/absorber/bearing replaced passenger side and not the driver?
- on average, how much would labour/parts cost for one side (don't mind if non-honda)

I simply want to repair so it's safe to drive and sell.

If the wheel bearing has failed this can damage the ABS sensor of that wheel putting on the VSA (ABS) light. You will need a new wheel bearing and ABS sensor so around £100-£150 including labour.

The struts should be changed in pairs but as you at looking to dispose you could just do the one which will be around £150 including labour. If the wheel bearing and strut are on the say side you may save a little on labour due to overlap on the two jobs. Has the car had a impact on this side at some point.

The engine light and limp mode are unlikely to be related to the above faults unless the Civic ECU is wired really strangely so it may be better to sort this before spending £300 on the other repairs.
