Should I sell ?

On the contrary, so long as the shares you hold are in companies with assets and earning overseas there is a great deal of upside to the market. Assuming that part of a business operates in a region that uses dollars and its dollar earnings remain the same, then as the pound slides the price of its shares (in pounds) will continue to rise (so that the dollar equivalent of the share price remains more or less constant).
And if you do sell and hold cash, make sure that you hold your cash in Euro, US dollars, Indian rupees or Vietnamese dong -- basically anything but pounds!0 -
It all makes sense and doesn't make sense at the same time isn't it. Next thing you know, Trump would have won the election despite the FBI announcement and I will be having a huge laugh at how ridiculous life can be at times...

Life is indeed ridiculous at times. Don't take it took seriously.

The phrase "life is often stranger than fiction" comes to mind.
I "bet" on the outsider twice in a row (referendum and US election) and won twice, but I also hedged my bets if things went the other way.
The only problem now is that I'm sitting on around 10% cash, although I don't mind so much as this means I can move fast if there is another opportunity.0 -
