EDF Energy 'slight delay in calculating your final bill'

Switched from EDF 2 months ago. Two weeks before switch date, had regular bill, paid it in full. Switch went through two weeks later. Subsequently regularly get emails saying there's a slight delay in calculating my final bill. Have rung up but no one can give me an answer into roughly how much it is/when it will be known.
In my head, it can't be that much as its only 2 weeks of use. But it's frustrating. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone have a suggestion how to get it sorted? Or do I just sit tight and wait for the final bill to arrive?

Update - final bill has arrived, I'm in credit by £240 odd and a cheque is 'on its way'.
Which is nice.0 -
I'm glad to here EDF have resolved this for you. Normally, it's the new incoming supplier that can sometimes delay the old supplier in generating a final bill.Thank you all for helping me make my day by saving money!0
