Basin overflow fillers?

Would anyone happen to know if it's possible to purchase overflow basin fillers (overflow, not wall positioned) similar to overflow bath fillers (pictured below)?
I can't find any after searching, so perhaps it's not a product which exists.

That's for a sink not a basin, basin overflows are built in to the basin, so the answer to your question is no you can't buy oneI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
