This morning I got this error message when trying to use my laptop. There is only one account on the system (me). The laptop has a fingerprint scanner which I use to login. I usually swipe my finger and it says match and logs me in.
This morning when I tried it said match then a box came up saying the user name does not exist and won't login. If I click on my picture and type in my password it logs me in.
