Apple computers are excessively priced and they appear to be controlled by a fixed price policy. They have just jumped on the Brexit inflation scam and pushed some of their prices up with the speed of a Petrol station so does anyone know if there is such a thing as a "Best Price Apple Mac?"

Cheapest option is to get an NUS student membership in order to gain access to the 10% off education pricing.

I think there are a couple of threads on how to get the £12 membership for little extra cost.

In case you hadn't noticed the pound has dropped significantly against the dollar and other currencies since the Brexit vote. Apple (a US company) is protecting margins just as other companies are.

Apple aren't the first company to do this and they won't be the last. You'd better get used to more prices rises. Inflation is back.

This isn't a scam - it is a direct result of the Brexit vote.

Yup even Marmite is up 12.5%.

For example my Macbook Air 11.6" £749 everywhere but I've seen it previously at Currys £50 cheaper. But you can usually get a reburbished one around £300 cheaper. Try the online Apple Store, John Lewis or Amazon for starters. Insist on a guarantee. Or Cash Converters if you like a gamble.
