Second MET parking charge notice

Hi,

I have received my first PCN and have appealled to both MET and POPLA and my status is currently under appeal at POPLA. However I have received a second notice to pay the full £100. Surely as I am currently under the appeal process they cannot send these letters out. Is there some way I can use this in my favour?

You can't use it in your favour as far as the appeal is concerned, but you should complain to the BPA and DVLA about this. The PPC should not be demanding money with menaces once the appeal process has begun.

You should also complain to your MP and Mrs May about this unregulated scam industry. Visit the BMPA website or look on this forum for a thread that begins, "This demands a new thread --- Theresa May ..." with links to template complaint letters.

Don't let them get away with it.
