I thought I had laid to rest a PCN issued by EuroCP during February of last year. I was living abroad at the time and in May 15 sent to them all the necessary evidence (from Turkey by registered post to both their HQ address and their PO Box) I have had no correspondence from them until yesterday when I received a'Letter…

as the OP is now back in the UK , the PPC can proceed to do what it wants , the OP states that he was working in turkey at the time of the incident , and attempted to answer any mail that was forwarded from his legal UK address

tell Euro to "bring it in" to court , where you will show documentation to prove your location at the time of the incident
