To celebrate the launch of Channel Zero on 5STAR we’re giving you the chance to win a Halloween trip for two with flights and five nights’ accommodation including tickets to Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights 2017. We’ll even throw in £500 spending money.
To be in with a chance of winning this prize, we want to see your best Halloween 2016 snaps. Like our page and upload your best photo onto our timeline and we'll choose a winner at random.

5STAR CHANNEL ZERO HALLOWEEN PHOTOGRAPH COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To enter the competition you must:
a) Like the 5STAR Facebook page(https://www.facebook.com/5StarTVUK)
b) Upload a photo of your Halloween 2016 on the timeline of our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/5StarTVUK
2. The photo must be your own work and you must have consent from everyone featured in the photo. Photos must not include anyone under 16.
3. By uploading your photo, you confirm that you are the copyright owner and creator of the photo, you have all necessary consents and that you will be responsible for any claims made by any third party over such entry or use. You also grant Channel 5 a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use your photo in all media worldwide and agree that you will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4. Photos or language uploaded which we (in our complete discretion) consider to be inappropriate for any reason (for example, offensive images) will be removed and the entry will be disqualified from the competition. In taking the photo, entrants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous that would put themselves or others at any risk.
5. Entrants must be at least 16 years old.
6. Entrants must be residents of the UK
7. Entries are limited to one entry each.
8. The competition opens for entries at 12 noon on Friday 28 October 2016.
9. The closing date for entries is 12 noon on Tuesday 8 November 2016.
10. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by direct message via 5 STAR Facebook by Friday 11th November.
11. The winner must reply to the direct message, acknowledging that they have won by midday on Friday 25 November 2016.
12. If the winner fails to respond with within the stipulated time period Channel 5 reserves the right to offer their prize to a runner-up. The runner up will be selected at random from the remaining entries. The runner up must also comply with all stipulated terms.

14. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Channel 5 and not to Facebook. By participating in this competition you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
The prize comprises:
15. Return economy flights for two (2) from a London airport of the prize provider’s choice to Orlando International Airport.
a) The prize winner must be available to travel between 18th September and 31st October 2017. The stay must include a Saturday night at the hotel in Orlando. A direct flight cannot be guaranteed. At least one person must be over the age of 21. UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and neither the prize provider nor Channel 5 can be held responsible for this being rejected. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their companion.
b) Return airport transfers for two between Orlando International Airport and the hotel in Orlando .
c) Five (5) nights for two in a four (4) star rating hotel accommodation between 18th September and 31st October 2017 in Orlando on a bed and breakfast basis, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a standard twin or double room.
d) Two (2) tickets for Halloween Horror nights, Orlando. Halloween Horror Nights is held at Universal Orlando and is due to be open between 18 September and 31 October 2017 (exact dates to be confirmed) from Thursdays to Sundays only. Tickets (ticket type to be confirmed once 2017 tickets are released) will give the prize winner and companion entry to the Halloween Horror Nights event in the evening.
e) Travel insurance for two (subject to exclusions below)
f) £500 spending money. The prize winner must hold a UK bank account in their name. A cheque for the spending money will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday being booked and confirmed.
16. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of being sent their congratulations e-mail from Element or the prize may be forfeited. The prize must be taken between September 18th and 31st October 2017 and no other dates are available. Please note that if either the prize winner or their guest is not in possession of a valid passport where necessary at the time of contact by Channel 5 or are otherwise unable to comply with the terms and conditions this may result in forfeiture of the entire prize.
17. The prize winner and their guest acknowledge that in the event that the Halloween Night does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided. The prize winner can still take the trip (flights and accommodation) but no alternative Halloween Night tickets will be provided.
18. The prize winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Orlando, Florida. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.
19. Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 69 years.
20. Either the prize winner or their companion must be over the age of 21. Where the prize winner is under 21 years old he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the local laws in Orlando, Florida. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.
21. The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
22. The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
23. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
24. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
