IVA Complete: Where do I put my money?

I have a Halifax Reward account for my salary.

I have a Everyday Savings account Halifax

I have a Nationwide Flex Basic account that pays no interest. This account has 8k currently in as I'm not tempted to spend it if it was in my Halifax account.

But I feel I'm not doing the right thing. Ideally I want a Nationwide Flex account and a Flexclusive Regular Saver but I can't see me getting an upgrade anytime soon.

What are my options?

Just stick all the money in the Halifax Everyday Savings account?

Forgot to mention I'm saving £750 per month sometimes more.

Cheers

Have you asked Nationwide if you can upgrade? Having a flex direct and flexclusive regular saver would be a good start.
