If you haven't got it, it's probably only available for Gold/Platinum cards.
Thanks - had not seen this feature before but then I tend to access Amex via the IOS App rather than the online version.
Intrigued to see what my 'limit' is - they will approve me for £10k and £20k transactions but can't try any more requests today for security reasons0 -
Seems to be working for Amex Platinum. I tried £38,000 which worked!0

I was less optimistic so I tried £5k and £8k (+ £2500 balance) and was very surprised that both were ok. I'll try some higher numbers tomorrow
