Hello,
I received a parking notice from a car park in which I parked in a couple of months ago. The parking notice was issued by Euro Car park.
The letter came through my door over a month after the actual supposed day where I "didn't' purchase a ticket.
I have no proof of buying a ticket for that day as I didn't keep tickets for longer than 2 weeks old. I have other tickets but not for that day. So bacially it is my word against theirs.
They haven't provided any proof of this apart from two different pictures of my registration plate at different times of the day.
I appealed this as I thought that it was unfair and I have just received a letter back from them saying my appeal was rejected and if I wanted to appeal it again I would have to go through POPLA.
They state that if I pay the fine now it will be at a reduced rate. However, if I appeal again through POPLA, I will have to pay the fine in full (if rejected again).
HELP!! I really do not know what to do?!
Any ideas?!

P.s, - the ticket that I apparently bought only lasted for 4 hours. However the ticket that I strongly believe that I did buy and always buy lasts for 12 hours.
They say I only paid £2,20, whereas the ticket that last for 12 hours cost £2.400 -
Start by having a good read of the Newbies Sticky - that explains your situation and the different avenues for seeing them-off.
Don't rely on the minutiae of what happened on the day - PPCs don't really give a hoot about it as all they want is your money. The challenges that do work are all outlined in the sticky.0 -
After reading the NEWBIES, you then need to read the POPLA Decisions sticky thread and construct your PoPLA appeal from the most recent successful appeals you will find there.
This will include at least, not the landowner, no standing to issue charges in their own name, inadequate signage, plus anything else you can find relevant. Unfortunately it sounds like you gave away a valuable appeal point by revealing the driver's identity. If you didn't, then you should add non-POFA 2012 compliant NTK.
Start reading around post 2341 of the Decisions thread where you will find some template appeals, one for each appeal point.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0
