County Court Claim as first correspondence??

Options
Hi all, I'm totally new to this so forgive my ignorance! I received a county court claim yesterday (claimant is UK Parking Ltd) for a ticket they say I received last year. I was in the stated car park on the day given but paid for a ticket (of which I have no evidence as never thought I'd need to keep it!). This is the first I have heard on the matter, no ticket on the car, no letters, etc. Also my last name is spelt incorrectly on the claim form.

I'm guessing I need to defend this as, from what I've read so far, they have to follow a protocol before taking to court? Sorry if this is not allowed but does anyone know of a similar case or have any idea where to begin defending this please?

Thanks so much!
