I am trying to move some information from one computer to another so I can hand it back to my ex employers.
I have managed to move the email backup files (PST) but not yet managed the calendar and contacts. I can't face inputting all those family birthdays again!
I know that you can export/import contacts using excel but if there is an easy way I would be really grateful if someone can explain it to me.
I have an external HDD ready to use.;)

It's been a while since I used Outlook in a corporate environment, so I can't remember if it keeps a local PST file copy of your Exchange data. Whatever it does, you can just create a new PST file and then copy all your contacts and calendar stuff across to the new PST file. You can then just copy the PST file as before, and open it in your Outlook.
If you don't have outlook, you'll need to create a file and import it into your client...Jumbo
