There may be a discrimination issue with regard to them expecting you to take holiday for a pregnancy-related hospital appointment, as you have a right to paid time off for antenatal care, however you may well feel that this is not something you want to pursue.All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
Why would you even consider it? Have the baby, tale a full year off and also start looking for a new job.0

They couldn't ask you to repay SMP even if they wanted to.
If you don't want to go back and can afford not to then don't go back.0
