We had a new gas hob (Millar) fitted a year and 1/2 ago and today the largest of the 4 rings is squealing really high pitched, yet quiet when its on. The other 3 rings/burners are OK. Is it still OK to use the 4th, squealing burner please?
Its really quiet, you do have to listen hard to even hear it

Are you saying it's squealing when it's off? If so I'd turn the gas supply to it off pretty quick.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0
