PCN - Initial appeal rejected

Hello everyone,
I wondered if someone could help me with the PCN I have received which I believe has been given to me erroneously.
The contravention on the ticket was:
30 - parked longer than permitted
I find this incredibly hard to believe as the area in which I parked is not covered by any signs, and the marked bays that were previously there have been seemingly removed. Therefore I cannot fathom how the warden could have determined there were restrictions in place.
Please see the link to my photographs - which clearly show there are no signs and indeed not even bays indicating that the road is restricted in any way. There are restricted sections in surrounding streets, but certainly not where I was parked as you will see if you look at the attached evidence.
My initial appeal was rejected, I have now received by NtO and I am now readying my second objection to what I believe is a farcical PCN. I would appreciate any assistance you good people can give.
I have looked at the regulations to try and give my appeal legal underpinning but cant seem to find the 'No return within x hours' sign
Regards,
Apologies, not allowed to post links

Not sure how this was missed. But........
We major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there (but please note that a hotmail address won't work) and post a new thread; here's your link:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?act=SF&s=&f=30
Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.
PePiPoo has an excellent success record in dealing with council tickets.
You might also like to read this article which contains links to a DIY robot to appeal council tickets. How effective it is has been questioned - take a look and make your own mind up.

HTHPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
