Lidl pcn help!

Hi, I got a pcn sent to me last week. I went through the posts and tried to send the email to Lidl CEO but it bounced back. I tried both old and new CEO names.
I would appreciate a feedback on the email I want to send.
"Dear Mr Hartnagel,
I am disgusted that Lidl use Athena parking who abuse Lidl customers by penalising them for the pleasure of shopping and spending money I Lidl.
As a regular shopper with your company, I now expect you to cancel this charge.
You will appreciate that everyone is at liberty to spend money where they wish and that applies to friends and family.
It appears to me that whilst you offer cheaper prices, this becomes a nonsense when we receive a ticket for £90.
You must be aware of that new Lidl outlet shop "bargain base" opening in Slough,Farnham road.
This car park can not be manageable on the days that store opens. It took 20 mns just to find a car space then join the Huge queue outside the shop. It took over an hour to actually get into the store. Inside it was obviously packed and when finished shopping it took 40 minutes at the till.
The queue is already bad enough but to get a ticket on top is ludicrous.
I therefore look forward to receiving confirmation that this ticket will be duly cancelled.
Yours faithfully,"
What I need is the new email address and as well what to put in subject line.
Thanks

What you need is to re-write it. Take out all the emotion and stick to facts, it needs to be much more formal to be taken seriously. It needs to be spelling and grammar checked as well, I always think complaints lose some of their impact when there are errors.0

If you've had a postal ANPR-based NtK, then you *ALSO* need to send in an appeal to the PPC involved just to get yourself in the system as appealing and denying the charge.
Read the **NEWBIES** thread and send off the appropriate letter:

I think you ought to reconsider the content of the email as well. Have a read of C-Ms thread on complaint emails and have another go (I'm sure there will be some Lidl complaints in there):

You can get CEO email addresses from a website which MSE Forums for some reason won't let me link, but a Google search for "CEO email" will turn it up as result #1.0 -
Here's one complaint that worked.

Are you spelling the CEO's name correctly in the email? You've got it wrong in your letter.

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
