M&S still charging PPI

I wondered if anyone could help with my query. I attempted to reclaim PPI from an M&S Credit Card several years ago and was declined. Having not checked my online statements properly I failed to notice that M&S are still charging for PPI. Would I be entitled to this or did I have to clearly state to cancel this as the date of my claim. I assumed this was self explanatory. Many thanks in advance.

You complained it was not suitable

M&S rejected that and confirmed it was.

Why would they then cancel it? Did you ask them to cancel it? Do you have it in writing that you did?

How did you not notice for "several years" that you were paying a PPI fee every month?

You could ask as a gesture of good will that they cancel it and refund the premiums on the basis that complaining about PPI should have suggested you didn't want it

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
