It will be, I had problems copy and pasting it in - was on iPad and it won't accept links.
So assuming each of the 4 sections are separated by bold highlighted section headers, is that ok?

    Thanks

Needs to in by tomorrow so I'd be grateful if someone could advise me

    Thanks

A POPLA code will in fact last for 30+ days, honestly. Not saying exactly how many days extra it works - because human nature will cause someone to push it! - but you can certainly take 48 hours to get this right.

They are using premium rate 'phone numbers which are prohibited. The 0870 and 0844 numbers breaches Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These regulations came from BIS, not Ofcom, and took effect on 13 June 2014. This can be reported to Trading Standards (via the Citizen's Advice national Consumer Helpline on 0345 404 0506).

The 0844 and 0870 numbers are also a breach of the parking industry Code of Practice. This can be reported to the appropriate trade association.

The omission of call costs from the sign breaches Ofcom regulations that took effect 1 July 2015. This can be reported to ASA via their webform.

You should also complain to the BPA, your MP, and Mrs May about this disgraceful unregulared scam industry.

Your PoPLA appeal looks OK to me bar the numbered bullets points and headings already mentioned, but I am not an expert.
