Sounds like the old days of being fined for not displaying a tax disc.

The car could be all taxed and legit, but that's not what the fine is about, it's about not clearly displaying it.

Take a punt in front of the beak and hope you face someone with humanity and common sense, or pay up.

So in summary you parked outside the terms and conditions set out by the land owner and now arguing because of principle.

    No...I don't.

I'm assuming you can read, so the answer is clearly yes you do, as you have already been told twice and now this is a third time.

As above, get this moved to the Parking sub-board. (Send a PM to Crabman).

When you mean 'move it to the Parking tickets and fines' forum section do you mean re post it in that section?

Yes, I could do that...but I was wondering if there was some fancy method of transferring the thread there by a few mouse clicks.
If this is possible, then I don't know how to do it (and i've tried to find it). Why don't you give me a few pointers..then I'll contact CRABMAN,

The principle being I send the documents they asked for, they said they did not receive them, I have proof of delivery and a signature. Until that point we were progressing nicely.. then it all broke down..
  • UKPC, not at all surprised, chancers supreme. When its been transferred to parking you will get the correct advice to deal with these plonkers.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

There's a sticky thread right at the top of this forum, by Crabman. Click on his name to see his profile ... on that page there is a Send Message link. Click it and then click Send a private message to Crabman to ask him to move this thread (include a link to this thread in your message).

    Seemples! :)
