Cracks around window

I'm thinking of buying a property and some of the windows have cracks around them. See photo:

Newish house? Newish windows?
We're not going to draw many conclusions from one pic, but it looks like regular shrinkage on the face of it.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
