Hey,
I made a claim for my bank charges on 17th July this year.
I got a response on 26th July saying I had to set out each bank charge and what it said on the statement.
I did that too only to be sent back a letter saying I had to wait until the test case had been done before they would do anything about my claim.
I responded to that by wrtiting to them stating that as I made my claim before the test case was decided (27th July) then they should deal with my claim through the process they used before the test case was decided.
Had no response, what should I do??
Joanne

I'm In The Same Position.
I Was Due In Court Today With A&l. Had Letterd From A&l And Their Solicitors Stating They Had A 'stay'
Then Panicked Realisinig I Hadn't Had Anything From The Court To Confirm This.
Rang Them And They Have Exectued A 'stay' On All Court Cases Against Banks So There's Nothing We Can Do But Sit Tight And Wait For Them To Contact Us.
I Was In The Same Position With Hsbc But They Kindly Honoured Their Actions And Sent Me A Cheque :t
Good Luck X

I read that apparently not all courts were agreeing with the banks applications to hold the cases, did the court say that they were doing it or was it the bank who told you that?0
