Many Thanks, I have appealed one (declined today) and ignored the other 1st debt letter. I was thinking about getting one of these appeal companies to fight the bit out for me as I believe I have a good case as in one of them I paid the parking and have the ticket. It looks however I don't need to worry.

umm , I thought there was no POFa in NI , ie you did as for Scotland , tell them to *of off and chase the driver , unless you are foolish enough to name yourself as the driver ,,,, have you?

Yes I was foolish on the first one hadn't done anything wrong and wanted to do the right thing (stupid I guess) have kept quiet about the second as its not its not addressed to me but dont want to get the owner into bother.
