This from a court document posted by the OP on his PPP thread:-

For the next year or so I was then subjected to repeated threatening letters from numerous debt collecting agencies and on each occasion I responded either by email or by letter sending them a copy of the driver’s details. These included letters from Gladstones, Zenith, Moorcroft Group, Wright Hassel, Roxburgh,Debtrecovery Plus(DRP)

On each occasion I received threats of court action and severe penalties if I did
not pay them the parking and debt collection charges.

It just shows what a nasty "industry" this is

Maybe this can become the 'new' mode of defence. Wait until you are at debt recovery stage, then name the driver, knowing full well that they will ignore and continue to demand their pound of flesh. It is certainly not in their interest to accept a new name, as there is no profit in it. :rotfl:

Excel took the case to court, it is them who will pay the £101.40 or if not the bailiffs will go in.

All this makes Excel, BWLegal and LPC Law look so stupid and it's now in the public domain for all to see.

Using the phrase of the Prankster ...

Excel .... you have been BWlegal'ed and LPC Law'ed

    Well and truly ??

Maybe BWLegal will offer Excel an "early bird" 40% discount on their fee
