beneficiaries rights

I am one of 5 beneficiaries. informal inventory was logged in with the probate court 2 months ago, taxes paid ect... one beneficiary is disabled and has a right to occupy the house for his lifetime, however , two other beneficiaries also have been living in the house with no such clause. Executor knows this, He lives far away and does not answer my emails and same for his attorney. The locks have been changed and I can not get access to the house to pay any bill that my disabled brother may have lying around , as I am his representative payee. Also my mothers personal effects jewelry, collectable , ect... have been omitted from the informal inventory. I'm being kept in the dark as to their intentions with the house/estate. Any advice??
