Replacement for discounted tv

Options
Hi I have purchased a tv that was discounted for some reason
It was still in its box and unsed
Yet the same tv model is still on sale at full price
But now my tv is faulty after a week
When I take it back can I ask for a same model replacement without having to pay extra?
Thanks
Spending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.

    Yes, you certainly can.

Not sure what response you'll get. Only one way to find out.

No, you cannot. you can ask up to the value of what you paid.

He can ask for whatever he wants, whether he'll get it is something else entirely.
